Exciting news from your PATC Team!
Our current office space, 45 Sunnyside Lane, is no longer in use. Our employee operations will be conducted remotely indefinitely. Some of our Team work from home, others may be on the move or working from Gavin’s home.
There are several reasons for our decision. Some of the main reasons; along with empowering our employees, working remotely is a modern, environmentally friendly approach to twenty-first century business. Many will be working from home, thus less printing, less paper waste, less CO2 emissions from cars, less traffic and rushing to be on time, plus more family time. Increased flexibility and casual attire will be made available to our employees, making them happier and more productive.
We have embraced the responsibilities to create sustainable and accountable business practices.
Whilst many challenges have been foisted upon us, by the COVID-19 pandemic, this was not the reason for us going remote. Empowering our employees and creating a productive working environment has, and is, always at the forefront of our innovation. The lockdown working environment, while far from ideal, bolstered our confidence in converting to remote work. At the very least we were able to maintain our usual standard of work, whilst being away from the office. Further, this flexibility, along with personal employee development also lends itself to expansion of the business, another exciting prospect. We are growing.
We understand the need for in-person consultation and hold face time with our clients in high regard. We have ensured a comfortable and accessible space for these interactions. 34 Hillside Road, Cowies Hill is now our base of operations and has no less than three private domains for you to accomplish all your business objectives. Should you need to meet or drop any documentation off, this space will provide the perfect setting to do so. Possessing options gives the opportunity for better decisions to be made. If you cannot get to us, we will happily come to you. Simply contact us to make arrangements. All our email addresses remain the same and our landline is always monitored. We have enjoyed a fantastic response to our remote work strategy. Without your continued support, hard work and positive attitudes, this process would have been far more challenging.
We thank you for your effort and the sacrifices you have made to make our pandemic experience easier and more comfortable for everyone.
